Any stock item will be shipped in 5-7 business days. Custom items may take up to minimum 20 days for production.
Total delivery time is typically 20 to 35 business days after you place your order. Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST).
(Note: Orders placed after the 5:00 PM EST cut-off time, or during weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.)
Shipping Carriers:
We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. to ensure your lighting products arrive safely and on time.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.
Address Changes:
We are unable to change the shipping address once the order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order.
